Self-Image Program

The Duke Cancer Patient Support Program (DCPSP) offers a variety of wigs in different styles and colors for patients who are experiencing hair loss from treatment. Turbans, hats, and scarves are also provided.

To find out more about the products available, please stop by our Self Image Boutique and trained volunteers will show you the items we carry. They can also help you select the right wig for you.

If we do not have something that works for you, we can provide information on community resources for self-image products.

If you are in the hospital, please call our office, and one of our volunteers can bring a selection of items for you to choose from.

All products in the DCPSP’s Self Image Boutique are offered without charge.

The Self Image Boutique is located in the Patient Resource Center located at the entrance to the Morris Cancer Center. If a volunteer is not available in the Resource Center, please visit the Duke Cancer Patient Support Program's office, room 15121 White Zone.
