National Transplant Networks

Duke contracts with most national transplant networks. Prior to scheduling your hospital or clinic visit, you should check with the customer service/member representative with your insurance company to see if you have access to the specific Duke transplant program and learn the specifics of your coverage. The customer service/member representative is the best person to inform you of the level of coverage you will have as a transplant patient at Duke and what, if any, copayments, coinsurances and deductibles will be your responsibility.
