Child and Adolescent Life Program

Located in Duke Children's Hospital, this program provides a great opportunity for volunteers to work with children in the playrooms. Games, puzzles, art and other imaginative and appropriate play give the children and volunteers an opportunity to enjoy different activities. Experienced volunteers may also work at the bedside to help a child enjoy quieter activities - perhaps reading a story, painting fingernails or putting together a puzzle.
