Duke Ambassadors greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and give directions or information upon request, making customer service our first priority.

Volunteers help provide these services:

• Provide Information on hospital services
• Assist in locating patient appointments
• Identify patients and visitor’s special needs
• Providing hospital directions and assist in answering the phone
• Many other tasks

As a volunteer you will receive:

• Free parking
