Travel Clinic Services Relocating

The Duke Travel Clinic is in the process of relocating to Duke Urgent Care South at 5716 Fayetteville Road on August 18, 2008.

During this transition period, you can choose from the following options for service:

• If you are a returning traveler with an urgent health concern consult your primary care physician or report to your local urgent care or emergency department.

• If you are a new patient seeking travel services with a departure date prior to October 1 please call Duke Urgent Care on Hillandale Road at 919-383-4355 and request a travel clinic appointment.

• If you are a new patient with a departure date after October 1 or an established patient needing to complete a vaccine series after October 1, please contact the Duke Consultation and Referral Center at 919-416-3853 for an appointment.
