Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs, hard cooked
  • 4 slices Canadian bacon, 1 oz each
  • 2 whole English muffins, split in half
  • 4 Tbsp Hollandaise sauce

Directions

Place Canadian bacon on half of English muffin, top with hard cooked egg, and top with Hollandaise sauce.
