Cancer Patient Notebooks

Much of the information for cancer patients on this Web site has been put together in disease-specific patient education notebooks.

If you are a Duke patient for one of the types of cancer listed below and have not received a notebook, please ask your Duke nurse, pharmacist, or doctor for one.

You can also contact the Patient and Family Resource Center at 919-684-6955 to request a notebook.
